Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for compliance platforms, ensuring alignment with global legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, fostering agile delivery, continuous improvement, and high‑quality code standards.
- Design, develop, and integrate SAP‑based solutions and cloud services to automate compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and security stakeholders to translate regulatory changes into actionable technical specifications.
- Drive automation, testing, and observability practices to maintain platform reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management or senior technical leadership, preferably in compliance or regulatory technology.
- Strong background with SAP platforms, cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern software development practices.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high‑impact projects using Agile methodologies.
- Deep understanding of global compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001) and experience translating them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
