Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from vehicle service contracts, GAP, and ancillary protection products across multiple states.
Monitor and track regulatory filing statuses, approval timelines, and lender requirements.
Identify and assess compliance risks, providing actionable recommendations to product and legal teams.
Generate reports and dashboards that illustrate compliance performance and trends.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to update forms, processes, and documentation to meet evolving regulations.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation using SQL and Excel.
Knowledge of automotive warranty, GAP, and insurance regulatory frameworks.
Ability to create clear visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously.
