Analyze and report on compliance data for federal, state, and funder programs, ensuring adherence to LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and other regulations while supporting efficient compliance operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to support compliance reporting for LIHTC, HOME, TCAP, HUD, and other funding programs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track regulatory metrics, identify gaps, and inform corrective actions.
- Collaborate with compliance leadership to interpret guidelines, translate them into data requirements, and ensure ongoing program adherence.
- Perform trend analysis and risk assessments to anticipate potential compliance issues and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare documentation and submissions for federal and state agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Public Policy, or related field with 2+ years of experience in compliance data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of low‑income housing regulations such as LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and related funder requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Experience creating visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory integrity.
