About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable sales compensation plans within Salesforce and SPIFF environments.

Requirements
- Proven experience architecting compensation solutions in Salesforce, with hands‑on expertise in SPIFF or similar platforms.
