About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data for AI and systems development roles, identifying trends and gaps to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain SQL databases and Python scripts to automate data extraction, cleaning, and reporting.
- Develop financial models in Excel to forecast compensation budgets and assess ROI of incentive plans.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and product teams to align compensation with business objectives and market benchmarks.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of compensation analysis or related analytics experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with AI/ML product teams is a plus.
