Lead the design, implementation and delivery of complex communications systems across large infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration, stakeholder alignment and on‑time, on‑budget execution.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of communications systems for multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT and external vendors to define technical specifications and integration plans.
- Manage project schedules, budgets and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, providing status updates and resolving technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and best practices for communications system delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing communications or telecom infrastructure projects in large-scale construction or engineering environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of network design, fibre optics, radio, and IP‑based systems.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team.
