About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for commercial healthcare solutions.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including sales, marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory—to ensure alignment and timely product delivery.
- Develop business cases, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to track product success.
- Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven ability to analyze market data, create actionable insights, and influence senior leadership.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing cross‑functional projects.
- Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations and compliance requirements for commercial products.
