Drive commercial technology performance as a Systems Administrator, managing Salesforce and supporting platforms, delivering analytics visibility, and ensuring high adoption across revenue teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, handling user management, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Own the lifecycle of ancillary revenue‑operations platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and RevOps consultants to design, test, and deploy integrations and enhancements without building code from scratch.
- Provide analytics dashboards and reporting tools that give clear visibility into commercial metrics for sales, finance, and leadership.
- Drive adoption and best‑practice usage across the revenue organization through training, documentation, and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in process automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, consulting, and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth‑mindset approach to continuous improvement.
