About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze Salesforce CRM data to inform territory design, resource planning, and sales performance insights.
- Own the analysis and optimization of opportunity models used for account segmentation and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, and Data Science teams to translate data into actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and support strategic decision‑making.
- Identify data quality issues, recommend improvements, and ensure accurate data for analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce data extraction and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with territory design, opportunity modeling, and sales performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
