Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end‑to‑end AI platform for commercial lending, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security on AWS.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in data engineering, ML model development, and DevOps to deliver production‑ready solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for model governance, data quality, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform performance, cost efficiency, and user experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on financial services, especially commercial lending.
- Proven expertise in building large‑scale data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps on AWS.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, data privacy, and security best practices in banking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
