Commercial Data Analyst - Valley Fiber

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from network operations, sales, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for senior leadership.
• Build predictive models in Python to forecast demand, churn, and ROI for new fiber deployments.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable network expansion plans.
• Own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data analysis experience in a telecom or infrastructure environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scikit‑learn), and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of network planning concepts is a plus.
