About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative analysis of commercial credit product performance to identify quality gaps and risk trends.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to monitor key metrics.
- Design and execute quality assurance testing procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or risk management within commercial credit or banking.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, with experience using SAS, R, or Python.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
