Commerce Platform Account Specialist - Thessaloniki - Wolt - English

What you’ll be doing

• Sales & Business Development – Identify, reach out to, and onboard new Commerce Platform partners across various industries.
• Account Management & Growth – Build strong relationships with partners, proactively helping them optimize performance and drive sales.
• Operational Excellence – Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance partner experience, and support last-mile logistics improvements.
• Marketing & Promotion – Assist with marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement and sales growth.

Our humble expectations

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or logistics .
• A natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
• Interest in last-mile delivery, logistics, or e-commerce .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Greek & English .
• Based in Thessaloniki.
• Experience with software implementation or logistics platforms is a plus!
