Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive physical security frameworks for colocation data centers, integrating access control, surveillance, and environmental monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess risk, conduct threat modeling, and develop mitigation strategies aligned with AWS security policies.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance protection and operational efficiency.
- Lead incident response and investigations, coordinating with engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to resolve security events.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and compliance reports for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in physical security architecture for large‑scale data center environments.
- Deep knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, intrusion detection, and environmental controls.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
