Collection Manager - LIS Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑disciplinary collection plans that align with Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) for border security operations.
• Translate PIRs into specific, actionable collection tasks and assign them to appropriate assets and partners.
• Monitor collection performance, assess effectiveness, and adjust plans to address emerging intelligence gaps.
• Coordinate with internal intelligence analysts, external agencies, and field operators to ensure seamless information flow.
• Produce briefings and reports that synthesize collected data into actionable intelligence for decision‑makers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in intelligence collection planning and execution, preferably within a government or law‑enforcement environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Advanced analytical abilities to evaluate collection data, identify gaps, and recommend retasking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Active Top‑Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
