Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Hass CNC 3‑axis equipment to meet production targets.
• Set up machines, load fixtures, and calibrate tools for each job.
• Develop and edit CNC programs using Mastercam X9 based on engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and CNC code to ensure accurate part geometry.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks, adjusting programs or setups as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Hass CNC 3‑axis machines.
• Proficiency in Mastercam X9 for CNC programming.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated skill in machine setup, tool selection, and troubleshooting.
