About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC routers and hot‑wire CNC machines to produce lightweight limestone architectural components.
- Translate design drawings and CAD models into accurate G‑code instructions.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience programming and operating CNC routers and hot‑wire machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
