About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machines to produce high‑precision components.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other metrology equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining and inspection issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programs, inspection results, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CNC programming and operation.
- Strong knowledge of G‑Code and machining processes.
- Hands‑on experience with CMM and other metrology tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
