Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain VMware and OpenShift platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Implement and enforce security controls, compliance policies, and best practices across the platform.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using IaC and scripting tools.
Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to streamline onboarding and continuous delivery pipelines.
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct capacity planning for future growth.
Requirements
Proven experience with VMware vSphere, NSX, and OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Deep understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to automation and process improvement.
Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
