Systems Engineer
Lead the deployment, administration, and maintenance of cloud‑based infrastructure and applications, ensuring high availability, security, and performance using AWS, Linux, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure for production and development environments.
- Implement and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code, ensuring reproducibility and version control.
- Configure and monitor Linux servers, containers, and networking components to guarantee uptime and performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments and updates.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
- Implement security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance monitoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS.
- Proficient with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
