Software Engineer
Cloud Support Engineer (Night Shift) delivering 24/7 incident response for hybrid cloud environments, troubleshooting Linux and Kubernetes issues, and ensuring seamless support for enterprise and government customers using ServiceNow and other tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, resolve, and document complex support cases across Linux and Kubernetes platforms using ServiceNow, phone, and email channels.
- Provide 24x7 incident response, ensuring rapid escalation and resolution to meet SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes and implement long‑term fixes.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture, including on‑prem and cloud integrations.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience troubleshooting Linux servers and Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a night‑shift, 24/7 support model.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud concepts and experience with enterprise‑grade cloud services.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
