About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, resolve, and document complex support cases via ServiceNow, phone, and email, ensuring timely incident closure.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for hybrid cloud infrastructure, handling high‑priority incidents for enterprise and government customers.
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues in Linux and Kubernetes environments, collaborating with engineering teams to implement root‑cause fixes.
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and incident logs to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in post‑incident reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and tooling.
Requirements
- Proven experience troubleshooting Linux servers and Kubernetes clusters in production.
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
- Experience with incident response best practices and root‑cause analysis.
