Senior Cloud Support Engineer focused on Microsoft 365 security, delivering architecture, automation, and monitoring solutions across multi‑tenant environments using Azure, PowerShell, and advanced identity controls.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) across multiple client tenants.
- Implement and maintain identity & security controls, including Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and data loss prevention.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration changes using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and security events; respond to incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enforce governance, compliance, and best‑practice standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with Azure Automation.
- Deep understanding of identity, access, and security concepts within Microsoft ecosystems.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender for Cloud) and incident response.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a managed services setting.
