Software Engineer
Develop and operate secure, high‑performance cloud platforms for big‑data analytics, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines while maintaining Top Secret/SCI clearance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native services that process and analyze large‑scale data sets for mission‑critical reporting.
- Implement and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS infrastructure.
- Build automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable delivery of code and infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and security teams to integrate analytics pipelines while adhering to strict security protocols.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply best‑in‑class security hardening practices.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph approval.
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud software development, preferably with Python and Java.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to work in secure, high‑availability environments and follow rigorous security standards.
