Security Engineer
Design and implement secure cloud architectures for an AI‑driven customer support platform, leveraging AWS, GCP, Terraform, and automation to protect data, manage identities, and respond to security incidents.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain secure cloud environments on AWS and Google Cloud Platform supporting AI‑powered customer support services.
- Develop and enforce security policies, IAM controls, and network segmentation using Terraform and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
- Implement automated security testing, continuous monitoring, and incident response workflows integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience securing cloud infrastructures, preferably with AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in Terraform or similar IaC tools and scripting with Python.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, network security, encryption, and security monitoring solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and automated security testing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead incident response, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement remediation at scale.
