About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud security controls across AWS and Azure environments.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and remediate risks.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, role‑based access controls, and least‑privilege principles.
- Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and coordinate response activities with cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud security, preferably in hospitality or SaaS.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience with security automation, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and incident response.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
