Security Engineer
The Cloud Security Analyst drives security governance across multi‑cloud environments, performing risk assessments, control validation, and remediation coordination to ensure solutions meet enterprise, regulatory, and industry standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute security reviews, risk assessments, and control validation for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud workloads.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to identify cloud‑specific risks and define remediation actions.
- Maintain and update cloud security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Provide guidance on Identity & Access Management, encryption, network segmentation, and logging to ensure secure cloud configurations.
- Track and report on security posture metrics, audit findings, and remediation progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience securing multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
- Proficiency with IAM, encryption, logging, and monitoring tools such as CloudTrail, Azure Monitor, or GCP Cloud Logging.
- Experience conducting security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and implementing remediation plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross‑functional teams and influence security decisions.
