Systems Engineer
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across AWS and Azure environments using automation, scripting, and monitoring tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud solutions on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software releases.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security, responding to incidents and performing root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to enforce best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing production cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and automation scripting (Python, Bash).
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting in cloud contexts.
