Support and maintain cloud identity and access management services, ensuring secure, compliant access for users and systems across the organization using IAM tools, MFA, and certificate-based authentication.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user account lifecycle across cloud platforms, including creation, modification, and deprovisioning.
- Configure and troubleshoot authentication methods such as passwords, MFA, and certificate-based access.
- Implement and enforce authorization policies to control resource access.
- Conduct regular governance and auditing activities to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve IAM incidents and improve processes.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with cloud IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM).
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and MFA implementation.
- Experience with identity governance, access reviews, and audit reporting.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
