Devops Engineer
Cloud Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable cloud infrastructures on AWS and Azure, leveraging Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices to support national security solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available cloud architectures on AWS and Azure for mission‑critical applications.
- Use Terraform and other IaC tools to automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, resilience, and efficient resource utilization.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins to streamline application delivery.
- Apply security best practices, including IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and compliance monitoring across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot performance issues, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting and operating cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling and automated deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
