Entry‑level Cloud Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting highly available Azure and GCP environments, with a focus on Kubernetes (AKS/GKE), disaster recovery, scaling, and network architecture.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring security, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity solutions for cloud workloads.
- Implement scaling strategies and automation to meet dynamic workload demands.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking components, including VNETs, subnets, firewalls, and load balancers, in both cloud environments.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Azure and GCP services, especially compute, storage, and networking.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes administration, including cluster provisioning, monitoring, and security.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation for cloud‑based applications.
- Strong scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, or similar IaC tools).
- Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts and best practices.
