Devops Engineer
Cloud Engineer responsible for managing Microsoft Azure and M365 environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient cloud services through configuration, monitoring, and support of Azure infrastructure, directory services, and collaboration tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks, VMs, and storage solutions.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policies, and conditional access.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Azure Automation, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot and resolve cloud‑related incidents and provide proactive service improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking, virtual machines, and Azure AD.
- Hands‑on experience with PowerShell scripting for cloud automation.
- Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and security best practices in a cloud context.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
