Devops Engineer
Lead the design, build, and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines on AWS using GitLab CI/CD, ensuring robust build, test, deployment, and rollback processes with quality gates and approvals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for AWS-based applications.
- Implement automated build, test, deployment, and rollback processes with integrated quality gates and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate pipeline changes and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
- Monitor pipeline performance, optimize build times, and ensure high availability of deployment pipelines.
- Document pipeline architecture, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AWS services and GitLab CI/CD pipeline development.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Clearance to Secret level or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
