About the role
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition from team‑level Scrum to SAFe 6.0, establishing governance, roles, and ceremonies across multiple teams.
Design, architect, and implement a secure application development environment (ADV) that accelerates delivery while meeting stringent government security requirements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define backlog, refine user stories, and ensure continuous delivery pipelines are aligned with SAFe principles.
Mentor and coach teams on Agile best practices, DevOps tooling, and cloud‑native architecture to improve velocity and quality.
Monitor and report on program health, risks, and metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in cloud development and delivery, with a strong focus on secure, scalable architectures.
Proven expertise in SAFe implementation and Scrum facilitation across multiple teams.
Hands‑on experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions on time.
