Lead a team of Cloud Architects and Engineers to design, govern, and evolve secure, scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Terraform, and Kubernetes while driving enterprise transformation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the cloud architecture strategy, roadmaps, and reference designs across multi‑cloud environments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of Cloud Architects and Cloud Engineers.
- Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for cloud workloads, ensuring resilience and cost‑effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into cloud solutions.
- Drive adoption of infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) to enable rapid, repeatable deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a cloud‑focused environment.
- Deep expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, and cost‑optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives.
