Lead cloud modernization initiatives for government clients, designing secure, scalable multi‑cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure, high‑availability cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP for federal agencies.
- Architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI teams to integrate advanced security controls and observability.
- Lead migration of legacy workloads to the cloud, optimizing cost, performance, and resilience.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best‑practice documentation to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise cloud architecture experience, with proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP) and cloud compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.
