Role Summary
Own the end-to-end Cloud & ITO practice engine—build and take platform/solution-led offers to market, drive rapid expansion across existing accounts, and run a scalable, profitable managed services model (CloudOps/InfraOps/DevSecOps/SRE). This role is accountable for GTM + delivery governance + margin with strong standards, automation, FinOps discipline, and measurable operational outcomes (availability, cost, cycle time, MTTR).
Key Responsibilities
Create & Take Offers to Market (Platform / Solutions-Led)
Build signature offers with clear outcomes, scope boundaries, and pricing/GM guardrails across Cloud Migration & Modernization, CloudOps/Managed Cloud Services, DevSecOps enablement & platform engineering, SRE/reliability engineering, FinOps from Day‑1, and hybrid/multicloud operating models.
Own assets that win: reference architectures, runbooks, proposal modules, ROI/TCO models, and demo/POV kits.
Lead platform-first positioning: “solution + operating model” with dashboards, governance, and measurable outcomes.
Rapid Expansion Across Existing Accounts (Land-and-Expand)
Create expansion plays inside current accounts: cloud cost optimization, reliability uplift, security hardening, DC exit, managed services takeovers, and automation of ops.
Partner with Sales to build account expansion blueprints and convert them via workshops/POVs.
Operate a consistent pipeline-to-expansion cadence: discovery → workshop/POV → scale program.
Managed Services Ownership (Cloud + Infra + Ops)
Stand up and scale Managed Cloud & Infrastructure Services: L2/L3 support model, ITIL-aligned processes, SLAs/OLAs, on-call, and incident/problem/change management.
Define a service catalog, runbooks, shift-left playbooks, and automation-first operations (ticket deflection, self-heal, IaC).
Establish governance: weekly ops reviews, monthly service reviews, and continual improvement plans (CIP).
Delivery Excellence & Profitability
Run a profitable model: utilization/pyramid health, delivery productivity, margin realization, leakage control, and change-order discipline.
Ensure operational compliance and audit readiness (security, access controls, change control).
Drive standardization and reuse of accelerators (IaC modules, golden pipelines, monitoring templates, hardening baselines).
Tool & Partner Ecosystem
Drive partner-led motions with hyperscalers and key platform providers; define co-sell plays and enablement.
Prevent tool sprawl: standardize toolchain and enforce engineering standards and controls across accounts.
