About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain analytical models to predict patient outcomes and optimize clinical workflows.
- Extract, clean and transform large healthcare datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques in R and Python to uncover actionable insights for clinicians and administrators.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate analytical findings into dashboards and visualizations that inform evidence‑based practice.
- Document methodologies, validate results, and present findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical data analysis or healthcare analytics.
- Strong statistical background and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, ggplot2, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
