About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain predictive models and surveillance dashboards to proactively identify patient safety risks and infection trends.
Collaborate with clinical, infection prevention, quality, and operations leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights and improvement strategies.
Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms using Python and R to analyze large clinical datasets.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards while managing data pipelines in SQL.
Present findings to multidisciplinary teams, translating technical results into clear, non‑technical recommendations.
Requirements
BS/MS in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in clinical data analytics, with a strong focus on quality and infection prevention.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, caret, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to build and deploy predictive models in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with clinical stakeholders.
