About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client financial data and prepare accurate reports using Excel and SQL to support decision‑making.
- Maintain and enhance CRM records, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to streamline processes and improve data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory and internal compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, client services, or related analytical roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL for data extraction.
- Experience with CRM platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
