About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new institutional clients, ensuring seamless data migration and system configuration.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate proprietary credit data into the platform.
- Design and execute workflow automation strategies that reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary client advocate, managing expectations, resolving issues, and driving adoption of advanced analytics features.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, delivering on schedule and within scope while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of debt markets, credit data, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data integration tools, workflow automation, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of driving client success.
