About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client‑facing API integrations, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance with Open Banking standards.
- Collaborate with business units to identify, prioritize, and scope integration projects that unlock financial data and drive monetization.
- Architect, design, and troubleshoot integration solutions, providing technical guidance to development and operations teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, employing Agile practices to deliver incremental value.
- Mentor and coach a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in API integration and delivery within the financial services sector.
- Deep knowledge of Open Banking standards (e.g., PSD2, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0) and related regulatory requirements.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex integration projects on time and within budget.
- Strong architectural acumen and hands‑on troubleshooting experience across API gateways, middleware, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
