About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for SAP projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑scope completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable project plans.
- Lead cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client delivery or project management within the SAP ecosystem.
- Proven track record of delivering complex SAP implementations on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
