About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned SAP projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑scope delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all engagement matters.
- Drive adoption initiatives, including training, workshops, and best‑practice sharing to maximize customer ROI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, support) to align solutions with customer needs and business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client delivery or account management within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
