About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM configurations, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that enhance service reliability and operational efficiency.
- Document functional specifications, process flows, and integration points, maintaining clear and up‑to‑date artifacts.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to meet quality standards.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices, and industry trends to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and proven ability to map processes to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflow design, and integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering incremental releases.
