Software Engineer
Responsible for monitoring and enhancing claims processing quality, using data analysis, SQL and Python to develop metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across the insurance operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain claims quality metrics and dashboards using SQL and Python to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct regular audits and calibration sessions to ensure adherence to underwriting and claims handling standards.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials and guidance to promote consistent quality across the claims lifecycle.
- Report findings to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance or audit roles within insurance or a related financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL and Python for data extraction and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of claims processes, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a continuous‑improvement focus.
