Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Proven track record of leading small engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, database modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit/integration testing, and test‑driven development.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
