About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and analysis for civil, structural, and architectural components of construction projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and optimize construction sequencing.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, and compliance checks against local codes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in construction technical services, with strong BIM and CAD proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of structural analysis, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
