Civil Structural & Architectural Engineer responsible for designing, analyzing, and detailing building systems using AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, and ETABS while ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations with SAP2000 and ETABS for a variety of building types.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary design efforts, ensuring integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and technical reports that meet applicable codes and standards.
- Support construction phases by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and providing on‑site technical assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- 3+ years of professional experience in structural and architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, and ETABS.
- Strong knowledge of building codes (e.g., IBC, ACI, AISC) and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
