Software Engineer
Experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to lead construction execution for a residential school project, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and coordination across contractors and stakeholders using proven construction management and civil engineering expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Ensure quality control of civil works, including RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and infrastructure elements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Monitor labour productivity, material consumption, and overall site progress to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in educational or residential facilities.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and quality assurance practices.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, coordinate multiple contractors, and maintain project schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in preparing detailed progress reports.
- Hands‑on experience with RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
